Constantly changing policies, sending emails in red capital letters, and cussing in company wide messages, then turning around and gushing about how much of a family everyone is. ![]() She threatens to dock pay for sending reports to QA and insists on making everyone waste an enormous amount of time on research into every blank, then complains that her workhorses aren't productive enough. She makes everyone work as contractors instead of employees so she can get by cheaper, but then she bullies and threatens everyone to get them to work when she wants, so they're like employees without proper compensation. The owner is abusive, and very unprofessional with how she treats her contractors. I think some people just take things too personally and instead of taking feedback and changing some things, they feel they are being attacked and turn everything into a negative. I read the bad reviews too and decided to apply anyway and I'm so glad I did. I have had an amazing experience working for inscribe. What a shock that you have to contribute to your team! Inscribe has had difficulty finding reliable people who produce quality work, and they figure out real fast who is Inscribe material and who is not and those who don't make the cut are let go and those are the people badmouthing the company on blogs. For some reason people apply here thinking it will be a cake walk and they'll work when they feel like it and do as they please. They hired me as a new graduate with no experience and I have thrived here! It's true that people do get fired when they make too many mistakes or become unreliable, but is that really shocking? I would expect that anywhere in any profession. I am a current employee and I love it here! I make decent money, the work is challenging (which makes it fun and interesting) and I have been able to gain valuable experience and branch out into other aspects of the company. ![]()
